We are a family of six living on a small farm tucked into the hills of the Driftless Region of northwest Illinois, where our dogs are woven into the everyday rhythm of our lives. Our dogs live alongside us-joining us on hikes through the very fields, streams and woods where I grew up.
Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers have proven to be a wonderful fit for both our family and our land. We love their intelligence and athleticism, their beautiful, was-care coats, and especially their ability to be adventurous companions outdoors and settle easily into family life at home. Our dogs are first and foremost part of our family and we are delight to share this special breed with others.
